Reservation Policy
📅 About Reservations and Payments
Please make your reservation through our official website or authorized booking sites.
For guests who initially selected " online payment " other than credit card, we ask that you pay the amount stated in your confirmation email upon arrival by scanning the PayPay QR code posted at the entrance.
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards and any other payment method shown at checkout.
The listed price includes taxes and basic utilities.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in time: 14:00 - 24:00
Check-out time: Until 11:00
If you would like to check in early or check out late, please contact us in advance (this may be possible).
Guidelines for your stay
This is a shared accommodation facility. Please be considerate of other guests' privacy, quiet times, and manners when using common areas. Quiet hours: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Unauthorized outside visitors are prohibited.
Parties, events and loud gatherings are prohibited.
House rules
Smoking is prohibited inside the building (there is a designated smoking area outside).
Pets are not allowed unless otherwise stated.
If any equipment is damaged or rules are violated, additional charges may be incurred.
Privacy and Safety
We have installed surveillance cameras in the common areas and an auto-lock function at the entrance.
To ensure your safety, we may ask you to show identification upon check-in.
Security cameras are installed in the common areas (not in private rooms).
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen valuables.
About the changes
If you wish to change your dates or number of guests, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
We will do our best to accommodate you depending on availability.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations cannot be made through the official website, so please contact us directly by email at rebirth.japan.1111@gmail.com.
Cancellations are accepted free of charge up to 3 days before the check-in date.
In the event of cancellation on the day or no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed to your payment method within 7-12 business days.
